She is survived by: her parent Joyce Owens Tracer; her husband Michael Garner; and her sons, Timothy Garner (Andrea) of Clarksville, TN. and Stacy Garner (Jennifer) of Paragould. She is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
