It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lou Carter of Marmaduke, Arkansas, who passed away on September 18, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Jones and Earlene McGue Jones; her daughter Tracy Carter; and her siblings, Ronnie Jones, Mary Ellen Johnson and Stella Smotherman.

She is survived by: her husband Bobby Joe Carter; her daughter Missy Vinson (Larry) of Marmaduke, Arkansas; her grandson Ethan Vinson of Marmaduke, Arkansas; and her sisters, Linda Flint of Kennett, Missouri and Mary Jones of Murray, Kentucky. She is also survived by many brothers-in-laws, sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
