He was predeceased by: his parents, Buel Rouse and Lucille Rouse; and his wife Maydell Rouse. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth W. Rouse, Jimmy (Tammy Rouse), Robin Frost and Jennifer (Bobby Joe Witcher); his stepdaughter Darlene Frost; and his siblings, Larry Rouse, Stanley Rouse, Judy Mayne and Kathy Rouse. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
