It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Phelps Jr. of Marmaduke, Arkansas, who passed away on February 13, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Howe; and his brother Charles "Chuck" Howe. He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Phelps (Tabitha) of Pocahontas and Kalan Phelps of Marmaduke; his grandsons, Colt Phelps and Jameson Phelps; his father James Phelps of Paragould; his stepfather Kenneth Howe; and his siblings, Lyle Phelps of Michigan, Vickie Travis (Omer) of Reyno, Melissa Travis of Paragould and Michelle Oien of Washington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
