He is survived by: his wife Teresa Melton White; his children, Michael Wayne White, Pamela Miller and Robin Moyer; his siblings, Effie Hagood, Murtie Faye Cobb, Doyle White and Don White; and his grandchildren, Presley Wanner, Mikaela Wanner, Amber White Ridge, Mika Lester, Mikayla White and McKenzie White.
