He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Barnhart and Nellie Barnhart; and his brothers, Jerry and James Barnhart. He is survived by: his wife Laveda J. Barnhart (Edmiston); his daughter Jamie L.; his son-in-law Edward Bennett; his sister Frances Mitchell; and his granddaughter Amelia G. Bennett.

If one wishes to make a memorial, Danny would be honored by contributions to the American Kidney Fund.
