It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifton Carter Sr. of Marmaduke, Arkansas, who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reo Carter and Lorene Carter; his son Clinton Edward Carter; his grandson Jonathan Healy; and his brothers, Ricky Carter, Billy Carter and Nicky Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Carter; his children, Clifton Carter, Jr. (Darla), Penny Johnson (Kenard) and Tammy Carter; his siblings, Bobby Carter, Patsy Merrell, Gary Carter, Donnie Carter, Roger Carter, Tony Carter and Lucky Carter; his aunt Dot Strickland; his grandchildren, Zachary Carter (Chelsea), Elijah Carter (Morgan) and Kailee Zorn (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Austin Healy, Katelyn Healy, Paisley Carter, Presley Carter and Jonathan Zorn.
