She was predeceased by: her parents, Algie Coy and Dorothy Simmons Coy; her son Gary Fuller; and her siblings, Sonny Fuller, Judith Marlene Fuller and Annette Burr.
She is survived by: her husband James Forbs; her sons, Randy Farrell (Vicky) of Atlanta and Dale Clay Farrell (Donna) of Memphis, Tennessee; her siblings, Bill Fuller (Jerri) of Ellsinore, Johnny Fuller of Phoenix, Arizona and Janet Plattnen (Rudy) of Kansas City, Missouri; and her stepdaughters, Tammy Gray of Paragould, Shelly Hood of Marmaduke and Christy Anderson of Paragould, Arkansas. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
