She was predeceased by: her parents, Dela Howard and David Howard; her husband Leon Claude Forbs; her children, Carol Pearson and Rickie Lee Forbs; her daughters-in-law, Madeline Forbs and Jeannette Forbs; and her grandsons, Ben Forbs, Colby Lee Forbs and Bruce Forbs, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Donnie (Glenda Forbs), Bruce (Brenda Forbs), Roger (Sharon Forbs) and Allen Forbs of Holcomb, Missouri. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren.
