We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2023, at the age of 97, Robert James Pitts Sr. of Marked Tree, Arkansas, born in Earle, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Pitts and Nora Ridding Pitts; his wife Nora Faye Pitts; his son George Wayne Pitts; his grandson Gerald Wade Pitts; and his great grandchild Mary Cooper Pitts.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Pitts Jr. (Melissa), Bonnie Thompson (Dean Kirby) and Helen Pitts (Melissa); his daughter-in-law Doris Pitts of Marked Tree; and his grandchildren, Robert Pitts III, Wendy Pitts, Jereme McFarland, Wesley Pitts, Heather Lucas, Jamie McFarland, Leslie Batchelar, Nora Leigh Harbin, Stephanie Tacker, Keith Hale, Brianne Smith and Holly Dillon.
