He was predeceased by: his parents, George Frank and Lois Faye Miller Phillips; his son Randy Phillips; his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Phillips, Faye Nolan and Suzzie Phillips; and his great grandchild Alex Benton.
He is survived by: his children, Kenny Phillips (Kathy) of Marked Tree and Lisa McCrary (Jamie) of Marked Tree; his close friend Betty Phillips of Marked Tree; and his brother Tommy Phillips of Bella Vista. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
