He was predeceased by: his parents, George Henry and Effie Golden Rich Scott; and his son Franklin Wayne Scott. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Scott of Marked Tree, AR; his daughters, Kathy Richards of Bay, AR, Betty Forester of Black Oak, AR and Micky Hale of Tyronza, AR; and his siblings, Billy Joe Scott of Lutts, TN, Katherine Patterson, Christine Scott and Alene Scott of Lutts, TN. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.
