He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Almous and Mary Lee Glissen Meeks; and his wife Jean Glidewell Meeks. He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Meeks of Lepanto, Jerry Meeks (Kelly) of The Villages and Paul Meeks (Kim) of Lewisburg. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
