She was predeceased by: her parents, William Burley and Sarah Lou Rodgers Smith; her husband Gerald Frank'Teague; her sister Lillian Mills Hand (Donnie Jo Buckalew); and her daughter-in-law Melissa Teague (Joe).
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Max Teague (Terrie) of Marked Tree, Michael Dewayne Teague of Jonesboro and Judy Gann (Dennis) of Tyronza; her sister Ann Fires Smith of Louisville; and her grandchildren, Wendy Fraley, Sandy May, Mikka Teague, Jessica Teague, Justin Teague, Tyler Teague and Logan Teague. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
