He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Counce and Olline Counce; and his siblings, Carl Counce and Linda Harlow. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ruth Ford Counce; his stepdaughter Alyshia Ford; his grandson Conner Ray Ford of Marked Tree, AR; and his brothers, J. L. Counce (Cindy), Jimmy Counce (Linda), George Counce (Audrey) of Marked Tree and David Counce (Shery) of Marion, AR. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
