She is survived by: her children, Jason Roark (Theresa) of Tyronza, Jennifer Roark (Frankie) of Parkin and Rebecca Roark of Gravette; her brother Terry Collins (Janet) of Harrisburg; and her sister-in-law Sharon Collins. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
