He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Bailey (Junkin); his son Richard Anthony "Tony" Bailey (Kristi); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Kelsey), Hunter, Dylan (Christen) and Kyndell Bailey; his great grandchildren, Cody, Liz and Emily; and his brother Cecil Edward Bailey.
