He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Carlson and Emma Carlson; and his daughter Melanie Carlson. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Carlson; and his children, Ralph 'Bubba Carlson (Rhonda), Mark Carlson (Cathy) and Christie Carlson (Keith).
