He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Y. Carter (Doc) and Erma Northern Carter. He is survived by: his sons, Max Carter Jr. (Tracye) and Kevin Carter; his stepdaughter Debbie Viverito; his grandchildren, Chris Carter, Aaron Carter (Laura) and Zane Carter; his great grandchild Krew Carter; and his siblings, Marl Carter, Rick Carter, Minnie Long, Martha Carter and Carolyn Barber.
Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the Arkansas Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19. Social distancing of at least six feet must be practiced and all funeral attendees must provide and wear their own mask.
