It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee McQueen of Marion, Arkansas, born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on March 14, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Evelyn Allen and Ralph Lee McQueen, Sr.; his wife Carol Rich McQueen; his son Ralph Lee McQueen III (Kelly); his sister Lynn McQueen Curtis; and his stepsons, Rob Cosgrove (Debra), Rich Cosgrove (Nancy), David Cosgrove (Rene) and Jim Cosgrove (Paula). He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church West Memphis or the 8th Street Mission for Jesus Christ in West Memphis.

“Lee has been a presence in many lives. I met him in second grade when he moved to Dermott. We shared several notable experiences including Boys State, overnighting as schoolboys in his home, romping thru the woods on our farm. Lee was outgoing and had many friends. I counted him as one too.”
