He was predeceased by: his stepsister Amy Osment; and his grandparents, Thomas and Edna Dickerson. He is survived by: his wife Amber Tackett; his daughter Piper Tackett; his parents, Gary Cavenor and Brenda Cavenor; his sister Terri Ramsey; and his stepsister Kitty Ledbetter.
