He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Lee Phillips; and his brother Terry Joe Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Phillips; his children, Terry Lee Phillips, Jonathan Walter Phillips II and Julie Marie Hawkins of Cabot; his mother Nettie Sue Phillips of Horseshoe Lake; and his sisters, Susan Carolyn Spurlock of West Memphis and Eave Ann White of Horseshoe Lake.
