He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elliott and Osine Collins; and his stepfather Buddy Collins. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Elliott; his children, Wayne Elliott (Shawn) of Marion, AR and Jennifer Mauldin (Matt) of Little Rock; his mother-in-law Everine Byard; and his close friends, Soo Harpole and George Harpole.
