He is survived by: his stepmother Maggie Boals of West Memphis, Arkansas; his children, John Dudley "Trey" Boals III of West Memphis, Arkanas and Shannon L. Oswalt of West Memphis, Arkansas; his sisters, Veronica Boals of Memphis, Pat Tulley of West Memphis, Diane Hester of West Memphis and Ledu Morris of Hardy, Arkansas; his grandsons, Dylan Boals, Dalton Boals, Liam Boals, Gavin Oswalt and Noah Oswalt; and his niece Jennifer Farley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
