He was predeceased by: his father John D Campbell Sr.; his wife Yvonne; his mother Hazel Campbell of West Memphis; and his sons, Michael, David and Steven Campbell.
He is survived by: his son Phil Campbell (Jackie) of West Memphis; his siblings, Don Campbell (Elah) of Charlotte and Gwen Campbell (Earl) of Vicksburg, MS; and his grandchildren, John Wade, Parker Campbell of Jackson, TN, Tyler Campbell of Marion, Peyton Campbell and Auston Cobb of West Memphis. He is also survived by 6 great-grandaughters and 1 great-grandson.
