He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Tiner; his parents, Herman Tiner and Ollie Tiner; and his siblings, Herman, Charles, L. C., Betty, Billie Jean and Kathleen.
He is survived by: his child P. O. Box. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews that he considered his kids.
Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the Arkansas Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19. Social distancing of at least six feet must be practiced and all funeral attendees must provide and wear their own mask.
