He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leslie Price, Sr. and Beatrice Price; his son James Leslie "Mitch" Price, III; and his mother-in-law Juanita Ayers. He is survived by: his wife Laquita Ayers Price; and his siblings, Jerry Price of Shelford, Arkansas and Bobbie Robertson of Joiner.

Contributions in memory of Mr. Price may be sent to the charity of the donor's choice.
