He was predeceased by: his son Jeffery Ellison; and his siblings, Bobby, Sidney Leon Ellison and Mary Ruth Ellison. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Ellison; his children, James T. Ellison Jr. of West Memphis, Tabitha Taylor (Marvin) of West Memphis, Catherine Ward (Tim) of Sarah and Cynthia Chesser (Dean) of Strawberry, Arkansas.; and his brother Charlie Ellison (Linda) of Farmerville, Louisiana.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren as well as numerous nephews.
