He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert J. Kaiser and Birdie Lou Bernardi; and his siblings, Ray, Buddy Kaiser, Irene Noftz (Jack), Phyllis Skelton (Jim), Nancy Braun, Janet and Theresa Kaiser.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his siblings, Tom Kaiser (Kathy) and Ronda Gregory (Dave); his sons, Walt Kaiser (Sheila), Joey Kaiser (Julia) and Jeffrey Kaiser (Amy); his grandchildren, Cain Kaiser, Hunter Kaiser, Zack Kaiser, Lauren Kaiser, Olivia Kaiser and Katelyn Allen; his great grandchild Canon Davis; and his sisters-in-law, Virginia Cariker and Stella Cariker.
