With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gwendolyn Townsend of Marion, Arkansas, who passed away on November 21, 2020 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tenison and Dolly Clay Tenison; her husband John L Townsend; her daughter Keren Poindexter; and her brother Art Tenison.

She is survived by: her son Kevin Boozer (Ashley) of Munford; her brothers, Jim Tenison of St. Petersburg and Scott Bradstreet of Tucson, Arizona; her grandchildren, Brett Canoy (Heather) of Ripley, Lilly Kate Boozer of Munford and Addison Boozer of Munford; and her great grandchild Oliver Canoy of Ripley, Tennessee..

Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the Arkansas Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19. Social distancing of at least six feet must be practiced and all funeral attendees must provide and wear their own masks.
