He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shinnall and Ruth Shinnall; and his daughter Wendy Shinnall. He is survived by: his wife Judy Shinnall of Jacksonville; his children, Keith Shinnall (Sharon) of Cabot and Carrie Lynne Hall (Bill) of Valrico, Florida; and his sisters, Betty Carter (Carl) of Carlisle and Deborah Shinnall of Carlisle. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
