It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Thornton of Marion, Arkansas, born in Newport, Tennessee, who passed away on June 15, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mantooth and Opal Williams Mantooth; and her husband Bobby Thornton. She is survived by: her children, Bobbie Louthian (Paul Louthian) and Mickey D. Thornton (Lynne) of Marion; and her grandchildren, Robert M. Thornton (Collin Jo), Kevin Louthian, Emily Louthian and Payson Thornton.
The family requests memorials be made to Trinity Baptist Church.
