She was predeceased by: her parents, James Woodruff and Jessie Wilson Woodruff; her grandson Jason Brooks; and her siblings, Sue Paulman, Bobby and Jimmy Woodruff.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Ballard (Buddy); her children, Charles W. Ballard (Terri) of Holub Crossing, Arkansas, Jamie L. Ballard (Angela) of Batesville, Arkansas and Rita Brooks (Greg) of LaGrange, Arkansas; and her sister Carolyn McCain (Robert) of Widner, Arkansas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
