She is survived by: her children, Monty Carter (Sandra) of Marianna, Arkansas and Debbie Wiggins (Hugh) of Lexa, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Brandy Westmoreland (Alan), Heath Carter (Bambi), Wade Lake (Melanie), Jenna Wiggins and Ashley Carter; and her siblings, Gladys Merritt of Oregon and Doyne Munnerlyn (Linda). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
