He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Wheeler and Dean Owens. He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Duckett and Samantha Lewis (Robert) of Tulsa; and his grandchildren, Annie Atkins, Richard Atkins, Olivia Atkins, Jasmine Wheeler, Quincy Dotson, DeAndre Dotson and Titus Dotson.
