She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Higgins and Thelma Bowman Higgins; her son Robert Webb; her grandson Christopher Hays Webb; and her siblings, Eldridge Honeycutt (Stinky) and Lois Broom.
She is survived by: her husband Norris Webb; her children, Richard Lee Webb (Cricket) of West Helena, Arkansas, Arvin Lee Webb (Shadee) of Marianna, Arkansas and Rachel Dawn Webb of Marianna, Arkansas; and her sisters, Joyce Matthews, Linda Sparks and Robbie Higgins. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
