He was predeceased by: his father Richard J. Owens; his daughter Michelle Owens; his brother-in-law Steve Burke; and his grandson Braxton Martin. He is survived by: his mother Lee E. Owens (Chandler); his wife Angel; his children, Matthew Martin (Crystal), Richard Owens III (Brionne) and Hannah; his sister Sherry Owens Burke; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Mercedez, Abbi, Mattie, Kellyn, Addison, McKenzie, Rafe, Maze and Henry; his nephew Rocky Ledbetter (Rachel); and his niece Brittany Burke. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
