He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Dewey Wood and Opal Marie Farthing Wood; his daughter Sheila Diane Gregory; his granddaughter Crystal Gregory; and his brother Tim Wood.
He is survived by: his brothers, Gerald Glen Wood of Bexar and Joe Alvin Wood of Paragould; and his close friends, Keith and Anita Lamb. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stevens Funeral Home (220 N Washington St, Forrest City, AR 72335). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
