She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Atkinson and Alma Harbin Atkinson; her former husbands, Junior Manues and Franklin Armstrong; her husband Johnny Benham; her sons, Steve Manues and Dale Armstrong; her siblings, Walter Martin, Sammy Atkinson, David Atkinson, Jimmie May Tumey and Betty McClurg; and her grandson Sean Northcutt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Manues of Rogers and Karen Mills (Bryan) of Bentonville. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, multiple great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
