He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Cole Booker. He is survived by: his father Jerry L. Martin (Pat) of Marianna, AR; and his siblings, Billy Jo Martin of Forrest City, AR, Linda Woods (Tom) of Proctor, AR and Lori Cullum (Chris) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
