He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Farish Whitehead and Diamond Irene McClendon Whitehead; and his sister Leslie Hand. He is survived by: his wife Joye Carson Whitehead; his children, Georgia Whitehead of Forrest City, Arkansas and Wade Whitehead (Kara) of Bay, Arkansas; his grandsons, Carson Whitehead (Haley) of Bono and Drake Whitehead of Bay, Arkansas; and his siblings, Trent Whitehead of Marianna and Charlene Moore (Bob) of Little Rock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
