She is survived by: her significant other James Clark Cook, Sr.; her children, Eddie Hamilton (Charlotte) of Brickeys, AR, Patricia Cook of Greenwood, MS and Brenda Pastore (Michael) of Shreveport, LA; her grandchildren, Patrick (Jeneshia), Jasmine, Willie, James (Daphny), Tamitha (Keith), Amy, Nicholas and Michael; her great grandchildren, Alejah, Dezarius, Demarcus, Malyiah, Maryiah, Mackinzie, Blain (Layla), Alexis, Isaiah, Tianna and Kayden; and her great great grandchildren, Lila and Jo-Jo.
