He was predeceased by: his mother Willastein Whitehead; and his grandparents, Tom, Jewell Whitehead, D. E. and Nora Latting.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Whitehead (Becca) of Marianna, Andrea Whitehead Kibe (Zach) of Batesville and Dieter Cumpsty of South Africa; his sisters, Teresa Walker (Rob), Donna Lacky, Tutti Dilks (David) and Jonna Jones (Terry); his aunt Connie Butler (Jim Tom); and his grandchildren, Savannah, Madison, Hayes and Austyn (Sassy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to First Christian Church or Lee Academy.
