He is survived by: his children, Carol Ann Hart and Charles "Chuck" Moore Jr.; his granddaughters, Camryn and Caroline Hart; his close friend Chewie of Marianna; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Scott of Little Rock and George Moye of Norfork.
