He is survived by: his wife Beverly J. Cotner; his children, Bill Cotner of Hartford, Kenny Cotner of Asher, Oklahoma, Terry Gibbs of Greenwood and Leslie Turner of Conway; and his siblings, James Cotner of Fort Smith, Charles Cotner of Mansfield and Betty Buccella of Huntington. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
