She is survived by: her husband Daniel Hurt; her daughter Tammy Barr of Jenny Lind, AR.; her stepdaughter Candi Sikes of Cabot, AR.; her son Kevin Barr of Mansfield, AR.; her grandchildren, Tori, Bryanna, Raegan, Dani, Tarah and Austin; her great grandchildren, Zoey and Adrian; and her siblings, Cindy Slate of Fort Smith, AR. and Steven Williams of Possum Hollow, AR.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
