She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Starr and Della Starr; her husband Paul Elmore; and her siblings, Minellee Parker and Jimmy Starr.

She is survived by: her children, Paul Bryan Elmore of Huntington, Rhonda Chadwick of El Dorado, Shannon Williams of Mansfield and Nancy Elmore of El Dorado; and her stepdaughter Jackie Steele of North Pole, Alaska. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
