It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Gail (Essig) McGehee of Mansfield, Arkansas, born in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 28, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty June Essig (Lowe) and Donald Essig; and her grandson Kyle Metcalf. She is survived by: her husband James McGehee; her children, Shane Bearden (Kim), Stephanie Bearden of Roland, OK, Deanna Smith and Blakely of Sallisaw, OK; her grandchildren, Destiny, Lynna, Hunter, Miguel, Lindsay, Damien, Jessica, Hadlie, Jaylie, Seth, Brylee, Jacob and Mikayla; and her siblings, Susan Carey, Michelle Hill, Jessica Ellison and Trevor Ellison. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
