He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl N. Sisk and Essie Melle Sisk; and his brother Ronald Earl Sisk. He is survived by: his wife Bettie Jo Sisk; his daughters, Teresa Ann Peterson (Keith) of Mansfield and Terre Lin Traylor (Ray) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, William Wayne Traylor (Victoria) of Mansfield, Oren Ray Traylor of Mansfield and Niki Peterson (Rob Prater) of Huntington; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Genevieve Traylor, Hailie and Abbigail Prater.
