He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Ron Blackburn (Maria), Mike Blackburn (Leslie) and Diane Scharfenberg (Chuck); his stepchildren, Nick Eason (Mary), Randy Eason (Darla) and Gail Thompson (Darrell); and his siblings, John Latcham, Karen Talbott and Mary Juran. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
